Exhibition dedicated to the Year of Russian Cinema opens in Ufa

UFA, 21 January 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Leila Aralbaeva/. On January 25, at 10.00 the "History of Cinema in Bashkortostan" exhibition opens in the National Museum of the republic. The project is carried out in the framework of the Year of Russian Cinema.

As the head of the exhibition sector Alsu Muftahova informs, the exhibition covers the history of film distribution and film production in Bashkortostan. As part of the exhibits authentic historical objects of cinema projection and filming are displayed: tools and equipment, films provided by the "Bashkortostan" Film Studio. A unique collection of documents from the National Archives of the republic is presented to reflect the important stages in the history of cinematography.

During the exhibition meetings with directors and actors, screenings of films, master classes and special events are scheduled. The exhibition will run at the following address: 14, Sovetskaya Street. Phone: 273-50-27.
