Eurasian Humanist Forum opened in Ufa

UFA, 10 December 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Leila Aralbaeva/. The Eurasian Humanist Forum opened in Ufa Congress Hall. The event is the final in a series of events of the Russian Federation presidency in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. In general, the Forum will be attended by about two thousand representatives of the SCO member states - Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, China, Tajikistan and the Russian regions. The Forum features highly qualified experts and participants.

Main themes of the Forum are the key issues of human society in the modern world. During the four days of the Forum five scientific conferences, discussion club and 25 breakout sessions will be held. It is scheduled operation of the universal exhibition and the International Film Festival "Silver Akbuzat" as part of the Forum. Issues of patriotism and tolerance, problems of inter-ethnic peace, preservation of native languages and multicultural interaction, historical and philosophical aspects of society and state development, traditions of enlightenment, cooperation within the framework of Eurasian integration will be considered during the Forum.
