Ufa Academy of Arts is visited by creative delegation from China

UFA, 1 October 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Leila Aralbaeva/. The Ufa State Academy of Arts is visited by a delegation from China. Teachers and students of musical college from province Dzansyu arrived in Ufa to study the work of the main artistic institution of Bashkortostan. The guests were welcomed by Vice Rector for Creative Activity Oleg Melnikov and the Head of the Special Piano Department Rustam Shaikhutdinov.

Open classes by Professors Michael Kochurov, Nail Khamidullin, Rustam Shaikhutdinov took place during the visit. Besides, the foreign delegation listened to a rehearsal of the Youth Symphony Orchestra of Bashkortostan. A tour over the academy was organized for Chinese musicians. Students of the Special Piano Department gave a small concert in honour of the guests in the Chamber Hall.

"Our colleagues from China are interested in further cooperation. So far their visit was limited to fact-finding, but in the future they expect to organize joint concerts, master classes, creative projects", said Rustam Shaikhutdinov.
