Stars of European jazz will meet at "MuzEnergoTour" Festival in Ufa

UFA, 23 June 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Leila Aralbaeva/. On July 1, Ufa will host the third International Jazz Festival "MuzEnergoTour". This year it will be held for the third time. Ufa townspeople will be able to visit the concert free of charge, which will be conducted on the stage of lifestyle centre "Bashkiria", beginning at 19.00.

Nine teams from Spain, France, Switzerland, Denmark, Finland and Russia will play in the concert. Each of the participants is a prominent figure on the jazz scene. France will be represented by saxophonist Eric Payet, Switzerland by a young clarinetist Simon Virshe, as well as the "Cognac" group. Saxophone and bass duo Rauhala-Sippolau will represent Finland. The Russian jazz will be represented by jazzman Gudimir from St. Petersburg and prog-rock quartet «Sine Seawave» from Tomsk.

"MuzEnergo" is an opportunity to be at the epicentre of musical evolution, the organizers believe. “This is a communion with the performers whose music has nowadays become a classic of world art. This is not just an international festival, but a kind of master class, a brief encyclopedia of current trends.”
