Bashkir artists will take part in Sabantuy in Kazakhstan

UFA, 14 May 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Leila Aralbaeva/. On May 17 in the city of Aktau, Mangistau region of the Republic of Kazakhstan a traditional Sabantuy holiday will be held. This year Sabantuy will be celebrated within the framework of the 20th anniversary of the Assembly of Peoples of Kazakhstan and the 25th anniversary of the Bashkir Cultural Centre "Salavat".

Traditionally the national wrestling will be the main contest of the Sabantuy, fun competitions will be held also. Besides the sports part, the organizers prepared a rich concert program.

Artists of Bashkir State Philharmonic Society will give performance for the audience of the festival: kubyz player Mindigafur Zainetdinov, virtuoso dancer Ilyas Karabulatov, kurai player Ilnur Khayrullin, singers Saida Ilyasova and Filyus Kalmurzin, actor of Bashkir Drama Hurmatulla Utyashev.

Also, creative teams and athletes of the city will show their art and athletic skills. It is expected participation in the celebration of the Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Bashkortostan to the Republic of Kazakhstan Renart Yanbaev, Chairman of the Public Association "Bashkir Cultural Centre "Salavat" Ural Aznabaev.
