Nesterov Museum presents solo exhibitions of three major Bashkir painters

UFA, 4 March 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Leila Aralbaeva/. The M.V. Nesterov’s State Art Museum invites to visit new exhibitions.

On March 3, an exhibition of works of the Honoured Artist of Russia, People's Artist of the Republic of Bashkortostan Pavel Salmasov dedicated to the 85th anniversary of the painter opened. The exhibition will run in the 7-9th halls until March 22.

Since March 5, in 9-10th halls of the new building an exhibition of paintings by Fayzrakhman Ismagilov, the Honoured Artist RB, laureate of the Salavat Yulaev’s State Prize RB will be on display. The artist's solo exhibition timed to the 60th anniversary of the painter can be visited until April 5.

On the same day the 11-12th halls of the new building will welcome the first visitors of the exhibition of the People's Artist of the USSR, laureate of the Salavat Yulaev’s State Prize RB, Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Arts, an honourary citizen of the city of Ufa Boris Domashnikov. The exhibition will also run within a month.
