Moscow pianist Michael Lidsky will play at Ufa Chaliapin Hall
UFA, 23 January 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Leila Aralbaeva/. On January 28, a famous pianist from Moscow, Mikhail Lidsky will give a performance at the Ufa Concert Chaliapin Hall.
On the evening of piano music eight sonatas by Domenico Scarlatti and a sonata by Franz Schubert will be performed.
Michael Lidsky is the Associate Professor at Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory. He gives concerts since the beginning of the 1990s - in Russia and the CIS, as well as in foreign countries (Belgium, United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Finland, France, Turkey, Taiwan, Czech Republic, Japan). The pianist's repertoire is vast and diverse: from Bach, Viennese classics and representatives of Romanticism to the composers of the twentieth century - Stravinsky, Hindemith, Prokofiev and Shostakovich. More than a dozen of CDs by Michael Lidsky are released.
