Ufa singer Gulnara Valeeva became the winner of the first prize of the North Caucasus Vocal Competition
UFA, 24 November 2014. /Bashinform News Agency, Leila Aralbaeva/. The student of the Academy of Arts of Ufa Gulnara Valeeva became the winner of the first prize of V North Caucasian Open Vocal Competition. The competition was held in Nalchik, the capital of Kabardino-Balkaria.
Gulnara Valeeva is the fifth year student of the Department of Vocal Arts in the class of Professor Farzana Sagitova. In addition to the first prize, the Bashkir singer won a diploma for the best performance of Rimsky-Korsakov composition, as well as a special prize of Natalia Gastasheva. Recall that this year, the young singer won the Grand Prix "Irandyk Mondar."
The founder of the competition in Nalchik is the North Caucasian State Institute of Arts. The jury of the competition includes well-known artists, the chairman of the jury – is the Head of Vocal Arts Department of the Institute, People's Artist of the Russian Federation, Professor Natalia Gastasheva.
