Tour of Daniel Kramer jazz trio kicks off at Bashkir State Philharmonic Society

In the new season the Bashkir State Philharmonic Society resumed cooperation with renowned jazz pianist and musical figure, People's Artist of Russia, laureate of the European Prize of Gustav Mahler Daniel Kramer. On November 10, the evening of jazz will be held at the Large Hall of Philharmonic Society featuring Daniel Kramer, Dominique Di Piazza (bass, France) and Roman Miroshnichenko (guitar).

Dominique Di Piazza is called a bass virtuoso. The musician has traveled all over Europe, in 2001 a disc released by him was marked with annual music award "Victoires de la Musique" (France) as the best jazz album of the year. Since 1985 he has given classes in many music schools in France and other countries.

Roman Miroshnichenko is one of the most distinguished guitarists of Europe, the winner of the American Prize «9th Annual The Independent Music Awards» in two categories, the winner of the contest «The 18th Annual USA Songwriting Competition». He is the author of five solo studio albums, guitarist performing in different cities of Russia, Europe, Asia and the USA. He is one of 342 figures of the world encyclopedia «The Great Jazz Guitarists», which collected materials about the most outstanding jazz guitarists of the XX century.

As the Philharmonic Society informs, the star trio will perform modern and traditional jazz, jazz-rock and blues. CDs album «Surreal» in the new design will be available at the autograph sessions of Roman Miroshnichenko at the end of performances.

The concert starts at 19.00.

The Ufa concert of the jazz trio will give start to their tours over Russian cities. The tour will complete with a big concert in Moscow.
