Konstantin Khabensky inspected "Generation Mowgli" rehearsal in Ufa

UFA, 15 October 2014. /Bashinform News Agency, Leila Aralbaeva/. Konstantin Khabensky, the popular film and theatre actor, People's Artist of Russia made a special trip to Ufa to examine the rehearsing process of a new musical "Generation Mowgli". Classes of Ufa children’s studio of creative development of the Khabensky Charitable Foundation are conducted at Bashkortostan shopping mall four times a week at no charge. The performance is created by well-known representatives of the Russian stage - actors, directors, and teachers. In Ufa professional actors of city theatres will play the lead roles in the staging.

Konstantin Khabensky thanked the Government of the republic, Ufa administration and Bashkortostan shopping mall for their support in realization of performances and marked that the studio was in a good creative shape. The actor personally estimated plastic arts of young actors and their choreographic skills, corrected some details.

The premiere of the play will take place at the City Palace of Culture in Ufa on December 25. It is expected that the show will be visited by more than 150 million viewers. All funds raised from ticket sales and from views on the Internet will be directed to the treatment of children in need.

Recall that the children's musical performance "Generation Mowgli" is a modern interpretation of the Rudyard Kipling's "Jungle Book". The project has a support of the federal government. It has recently received the 12th Stanislavsky Award.
