Ministry of Culture has announced a competition for presidential grants

The Ministry of Culture of Bashkortostan announced a competition for the grants of the President RB to support creative projects in the field of culture and art in 2015.

Procedures of filing and submitting application documents are published on the website of the department.

Each applicant for a grant either individually or as part of a creative or research team is allowed to submit only one application.

All competition materials should be submitted from September 1 to November 1, 2014 to the office of the Ministry of Culture RB.

The grants are established to support creative projects on creation, preservation and development of cultural values in the field of music, theatre, teaching, choreography and visual arts, filmmaking, architecture and design, museum and library science, arts and crafts, folk art, and preservation and development of the cultural potential of the region.

Every year, 25 people become holders of the grant of the President RB in the field of culture and art for the sum of 100 thousand rubles, as well as five creative teams. For them, the grant sum constitutes 300 thousand rubles.
