Charity campaign in favour of the artist Rais Gaitov is extended

A charity campaign in favour of the well-known Ufa artist Rais Gaitov taking place in Ufa art gallery "Miras" (72, Lenin Street) since June 30, is extended till the end of August.

Recall that the artist suffered in a car accident, he was some time in coma and underwent treatment in one of Ufa hospitals. Friends and colleagues came up with an initiative to expose their works to raise money for his treatment and rehabilitation. Visitors of the exhibition can see works of famous artists - Rasikh Ahmetvaliev, Airat Teregulov, Boris and Olga Samosyuk, Ramil Abdullin, Rinat Minnebaev, Azat Basyrov, Ilgiz Nasibullin, Eugenie Weidner, Alexei Petrikov, Marat Akhunov, Olga Tsimbolenko, Galiya Lee. As the "Miras" gallery reports, Rinat Voligamsi, Nicholay Marochkin and Ruslan Nigmatullin also joined these artists. Prices for artworks are set below market ones.

To date 10 works presented at the exhibition are sold, the revenues are handed over to the artist's family.

“Recently Rais Gaitov was discharged from the hospital and transported home. The reatment course in the hospital is completed. He can’t talk so far, he still needs a long-term rehabilitation treatment”, Olga Ramazanova, the gallerist said.
