Cartoon by Ufa director is included in International Festival program

The cartoon "Aldar and Grey Wolf" by Ufa director Rim Sharafutdinov entered the competition program of the Annecy International Animation Film Festival 2014 opened in the French Annecy.

The "Aldar and Grey Wolf" was filmed at Bashkortostan studio in 2013. It tells the story of friendship between the two hapless heroes - Aldar and the Wolf.

The Annecy International Animation Film Festival is one of the oldest animation forums in the world. Back in 1960, it emerged from the cartoon section of the Cannes Film Festival.

Our compatriots won the Grand Prix of this festival twice: in 1995 - Konstantin Bronzit with «Switchcraft» movie, and in 2000 - Alexander Petrov with "The Old Man and the Sea" on the novel by Ernest Hemingway.
