Bashkir Opera soloist won the Contest of Contests in Saratov

A soloist of Bashkir State Opera and Ballet Theatre, coloratura soprano Dilara Idrisova won the third prize at the Vocal Contest of Contests in Saratov.

The Vocal Contest of Contests – between the winners of international and national competitions was held within 27th Sobinov Music festival. In Saratov, young singers from Moscow, Perm, Ufa, Petrozavodsk, Chelyabinsk, Belarus, Mongolia showed their talents.

Young artists presented songs, folk songs and world opera classics arias to the jury.

Dilara Idrisova was born in 1989. In 2012 she graduated from Ufa State Academy of Arts named after Zagir Ismagilov, class of Professor Milyausha Murtazina. She is the winner of the second prize at the International Competition "Hopes, talents, masters" (Bulgaria, 2008), the Grand Prix winner of the International Competition "The Art of the XXI Century" (Italy, Lonigo, 2011), Grand Prix International Competition named after Zagir Ismagilov (Ufa, 2011), the second prize at the International Vocal Competition «Bella voce» (Moscow, 2012), the third prize of the Republican Vocal Competition named after Nariman Sabitov (Ufa, 2013), diploma winner of the International Opera Singers' Competition (St Petersburg, 2013).
