Music by Rustem Ismagilov and Zagir Yakhin was performed in the capital of Italy

The International Musicians Competition and Festival dedicated to the outstanding Russian pianist Anton Rubinstein finished in Rome.
The forum program included auditions, concerts and master classes of artists.
Teachers of Z. Ismagilov’s Ufa State Academy of Arts achieved great success in the category "Professors". Professor Eleanora Simonova was awarded the first prize for performing Chromatic Fantasia and Fugue by JS Bach and two intermezzos by Brahms.
The assistant professor Natalia Kochurova won the first prize as part of the chamber ensemble with a singer Vera Romashova. Their duet was also awarded a special diploma for performance of romances by Rubinstein.
A solo concert of the chairman of the jury, the head of the Department of Special Piano at Ufa State Academy of Arts, Professor Rustam Shaihutdinov held in Rome during the festival was also a success. The concert included pieces by Russian composers Sergei Rachmaninoff, Nikolai Medtner, as well as Zagir Ismagilov and Rustem Yakhin.
The main organizers of the forum are the concert agency ART-Duo (Prague, Czech Republic) and the Russian Centre of Science and Culture in Rome.
