Bashkir musicians wrote a song about the annexation of Crimea to Russia

Bashkortostan musicians began to express their position regarding the Crimea’s annexation to Russia. The song "Russia does not abandon its own people" was created along with patriotic sentiments in the society. Authors are Igor Firstov and Rim Nugaev.

Igor Firstov (performer) admitted that the song was written just two weeks ago.

“This topic is very relevant for me” Igor said. “Russia 24" TV channel is permanently on at my place. Although I've never been in Crimea my attitude is confirmed by the lyrics of the song, I am ready to confirm every word of it. We created our song and made arrangement in the studio with renowned guitarist Ramil Agishev. Backing vocal was recorded by Guzel Gabitova. Most likely, the premiere of the song will take place in the near future; it seems timely during the Victory holiday.”

Today a premiere of the video for the new song took place on air of the morning program "Salam" on Bashkir satellite TV.
