Bashkortostan delegation will take part in the opening of the Year of Culture in Moscow

On the Day of Culture Worker, March 24, artists from all over Russia will gather in Moscow for the official opening of the Year of Culture which is declared in 2014. Per 10 delegates from each subject of the country are invited at the ceremony. As the press-secretary of the Ministry of Culture RB Leila Ishmuratova informs, Bashkir delegation will also participate in the festival. Our delegation includes prominent figures of culture and art RB: the Honored Artist of Russia Azat Aitkulov, People's Artist of Bashkortostan and Russia Tansulpan Babicheva, the Honored Artist of Bashkortostan and Russia Nur Dautov, photographer Ramil Kilmamatov, People's Artist of Bashkortostan and Russia Leonora Kuvatova, People's Artist RB Alexander Federyaev, filmmaker Bulat Yusupov, director of the Neftekamsk city library Franz Yang.

A sightseeing tour around the Russian capital will be organized for the representatives of the regions. The opening ceremony of the Year of Culture will be held in the Bolshoi Theatre. Also the All-Russian forum of cultural workers, conferences and a meeting of the Coordinating Council on Culture will be held during the event.
