Ufa will again hold the "Poets in chocolate" event on World Poetry Day

March 21 is the World Poetry Day. For the third year the centralized system of public libraries initiates the event "Poets in chocolate" in the capital. According to the head of publishing and editorial department of the Central City Library Natalia Olkhovskaya, this year's poetry festival is devoted to the 200th anniversary of Mikhail Lermontov.

The event will be held from 14 to 17 o’clock simultaneously at 10 venues in the city. The purpose of the spring holiday is to introduce the poetic art to inhabitants of the modern metropolis. As it was earlier lovers of poetry will receive chocolate prizes, books and balloons.

The event will take place in the shopping malls of Ufa - "Mir", " Semya", "Iremel", "Sipaylovsky" and on the streets of the capital: the corner of Pushkin – Gafuri Street; Ukhtomsky Street; Ferin Street; Guardeiskaya Street; Akhmetov Street; Ulyanov Street.
