Bashkortostan artists will show their works at the "Russian XII" in Moscow

From January 22 to February 19, Russian creative public organization "Union of Artists of Russia" with the support of the Russian Academy of Arts and the International Confederation of Unions of Artists present the Russian art exhibition "Russia XII" in the Central House of Artists.

About two thousand works of all types of fine and decorative arts, created over the past five years by artists of different generations, including the largest modern art masters of Russia and talented youth are presented at the exhibition "Russian XII".

30 artists and art critics of Bashkortostan take part in the project.

During 2013 interregional expositions were held in each federal district as part of this project, in the cities of Komsomolsk-on-Amur (Far East), Omsk (Siberia), Tyumen (Ural Federal District), Murmansk (North West), Lipetsk (Central Russia), Rostov-on-Don and Grozny (South and North Caucasus Federal Districts). In addition, the project "Russia" includes art history conferences and publication of catalogs.
