Bashkortostan Government has increased the number of grants for culture

The number of Presidential grants to support creative projects were increased. The other day in the Government of the Republic a decree was signed to regulate new procedure for granting subsidies. As the Ministry of Culture RB explains, now not only theatrical, musical, dance groups and movie studios can apply for grants, but also representatives of the fine arts. Also four grants per one million rubles were added. In 2014 total number of grants is provided as follows:

2 grants – per 15 million rubles

5 grants - per 10 million rubles

2 grants – per 5 million rubles

3 grants - per 2 million rubles

4 grants - per 1 million rubles.

In the last year the projects such as a symphony open-air in Ufa amphitheatre, performances «Kara-Yurga» and "Love - a Book of Gold", Zlat Khabibullin’s concert in the square on the Republic Day were implemented at the expense of grants of the President RB.
