Ufa will host a regional stage of the "Turkvision- 2013" International Song Contest

A regional stage of the "Turkvision-2013" International Song Contest will be held in the entertainment complex "Ogni Ufy" on December 5.

"Turkvision-2013" is a International Song Contest, which aims to unite on one stage performers representing Turkic music. Azerbaijan singer, winner of the "Eurovision -2011" song contest Eldar Gasimov will be the guest of honour at the event.

“After the qualifying round preparation for the final competition will begin, which will take place in the Turkish city of Eskisehir on December 21”, the head of the «Turkvision» song contest in Bashkortostan, chief editor of the "Kurai-TV" channel Aigul Akhmadeeva said. “The singer, who will win the first place will have an opportunity to shoot a video clip, which will be rotated in 20 participating countries. Concert tours in twenty countries will be organized for the top four of winners.”

This year, participants from Turkey, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Georgia, Belarus, Moldova, Macedonia, Republic of Crimea, Bashkortostan, Tatarstan, Altai, Bosnia and Herzegovina and other countries will compete for the name of the best voice of the Turkic world. The Grand Prix winner of the competition will receive a cash prize of 20,000 euro. Participants who took the first, second and third place will receive 10,000 euro.

The final of the competition will be broadcast by Bashkir music channel "Kurai -TV".
