The Shota Rustaveli’s Georgian National Cultural Centre with support of the Ministry of Culture RB and the House of Peoples' Friendship RB spent the Georgian culture party. The main idea of the event is to preserve the centuries-old friendship of peoples, traditions, mutual understanding, respect and tolerance.
The national holiday, which was held at the Centre for Contemporary Art "Oblaka" was attended by about 350 people. There was a bright concert program. The holiday guests were charmed by performance of Ufa singers Tamaz Gureshidze and Anna Kuleshova, with a song in Georgian, as well as solo performances by Nino Tsiklauri and Ilona Mehvilidze.
All participants had the opportunity to taste wine and take pictures in the national Georgian costumes.
The guests were pleased with vocal, dance and instrumental performances by regional public organization of the Greeks "Ksimeroma", Armenian National Cultural Centre "Sevan", German youth club "Jugendwelle" at the Union of Germans "Vidergeburt", Jewish public organization "Kochav" and the Union of Armenians.
After the concert program, participants were shown a film by Rezo Gigineishvili "Love with an Accent".
