Ufa will host an international exhibition of easel graphic works

The opening of the VII International Triennial of Printed Easel Works will be held at Ufa Art Gallery on November 12, the press service of the Ministry of Culture RB informs.

Artists from 27 countries, including Argentina, Armenia, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Germany and Indonesia take part in the exhibition. The theme of the exhibition is "Human being. Earth. Universe". The exhibition features works of all traditional printed graphics techniques: etching, woodcut, linocut, dry-point, lithography. After the exhibition the works will be transferred to the collection of contemporary graphics of the Mikhail Nesterov’s Bashkir State Art Museum.

The project 2013 has combined three expositions. Two of them are the triennial competition and exhibition "Masters of graphics of Bashkortostan" will take place in the halls of Ufa Art Gallery (opening is on November 12, 17:00). The third "Gold of graphics" - an exhibition of works by the owners of the Grand Prix and the first prize of 2010 Alexander Grigoriev (Belarus) and Vladimir Zuev (Russia) will be opened in the art gallery "Art Expert " (102, Mingazhev Street,) on November 13 at 17 :00.

The exhibition will run until December 8, 2013.
