Independence Day of Tajikistan will be celebrated in Ufa

On September 8, at the initiative of regional public organisation «The I.Somoni’s Tadjik National-Cultural Centre», a holiday devoted to 22nd anniversary of Tajikistan Republic independence will be held in Ufa for the third time. The holiday will take place in the S.T.Aksakov’s Recreational Garden. Participation of visitors from other regions of Russia — representatives of other regional national cultural centres is planned. National art teams will take part in the holiday: Chuvash, Georgian, Armenian, Uzbek, Tatar, Bashkir ones.

The holiday program includes treatment with dishes of ethnic cuisine— pilaf and shish kebab.

In Dushanbe as part of the Independence Day of Tajikistan celebration meetings of heads of parliaments of Iran, Tajikistan and Afghanistan are held. Also a parade, political and celebratory events are carried out there.
