Potential of cultural cooperation between Bashkiria and Bulgaria was studied in Ufa

The meeting with Angel Khristov the chairman of regional branch of the United Bulgarians Organization (city of Shumen), the Doctor of Military Science, historian, member-correspondent of International Academy of Bulgaria Knowledge, Innovations and Culture has taken place in the Bulgarian cultural centre of Ufa. Representatives of the Bulgarian centre, schoolchildren, library workers, teachers became participants of the meeting who discussed with the scientist prospects of cooperation, historical development ways, pedagogical issues.

Yaroslav Schreder, the chairman of Friendship Society «Bashkortostan — Bulgaria» made a welcome speech. He marked that the Society is focused on the further development of relations between Bashkortostan and Bulgaria, in particular, strengthening of cultural contacts between people.

Within the limits of the meeting Angel Khristov was shown the exhibition «Native Tunes» where works by Bulgarian schoolchildren — landscapes and photos devoted to Bashkortostan were presented, the information-analytical department of Ufa administration informs.
