Regional Youth Movement marked its sixth anniversary

In Ufa a cultural-entertaining event «Young Should Move the Republic!» took place, where almost 200 people participated — pioneers, scouts, volunteers, sportsmen, young leaders, journalists. The anniversary of the Regional Youth Movement became the occasion of its carrying out.

The action was initiated by the Ministry of Youth Policy and Sports RB, Coordination Council of Regional Youth Movement together with the Ufa Committee on Youth Policy, the press-service of capital administration informs.

Active participants gave out St. George Ribbons anyone who wanted to – a symbol of memory of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.

The holiday culmination became a flash mob, during which hundreds of young people broke into four lines representing «St. George Ribbon» and released balloons into the sky.

The Regional Youth Movement (RDM) is only six years old. For today movement consists of 18 children's and youth public associations. Actions of the organizations, which are a part of RDM annually unite about half-million of young people and pass with great success.
