Cultural workers of Bashkiria celebrate their professional holiday

Cultural Workers Day of Russia is on March, 25. This holiday is marked as the state holiday by people of all creative trades occupied in areas of culture and arts, cinematography, book publishing, all those who brings an invaluable contribution to intellectual development of our society and popularisation of cultural heritage of the country.

“For today in our republic 22 thousand people work in state and municipal institutes of culture and arts,” the Ministry of Culture RB informs.

They play a significant role in intellectual development of our society and form a positive image of our region.

On the day of the professional holiday the awarding ceremony of cultural professionals will take place at the Bashkir State Opera and Ballet Theatre. The state awards and certificates of honour will be handed over to professionals by the Deputy Prime-Minister of the Government RB Liliya Gumerova.

And in the evening all professional creative teams of Ufa and other cities of our republic, and also students of drama department of the Ufa State Academy of Arts will gather for the thirteenth time at the Republican Theatre Festival «Veseolaya Kulisa» in the House of Actors of the Union of Theatre Workers RB.
