New Deputy Minister of Culture of Bashkortostan is appointed

The New Deputy Minister of Culture of Bashkortostan Republic is appointed. Shamil Abdrakov earlier headed Salavat Musical College occupied this position.

Today the Minister of Culture of Bashkortostan Amina Shafikova presented the New Deputy Minister to heads of subordinated establishments.

Shamil Failevich Abdrakov was born in 1980 in Meleuz. He finished Salavat Musical School, then the Ufa State Academy of Arts. He studied jurisprudence in Bashkir Academy of State Management.

Shamil Abdrakov started his labour activity in 2004 as an expert of department of culture of administration of Meleuzovsky region and the city of Meleuz. Then in the same place he was the chairman of committee on youth affairs, the head of culture department. Since 2012 he was the director of Salavat Musical College.
