Festival of Slavic literature and culture is celebrated in Belebeevsky region today

Festival of Slavic literature and culture, organized by historical-cultural center “USEN-IVANOVSKOE”, is held today, May 24, in Belebeevsky region of Bashkortostan.

Specialist of the center Andre Aksenov told the news agency “Bashinform” that this festival was held in Belebeevsky region every year. In the course of it specialists of the center will tell the guests about Slavic alphabet, literature and about famous Slavic enlighteners Cyril and Methodius. The festival’s program includes presentation of Russian folk songs, poems, devoted to Slavic alphabet and its creators, and thematic games. Citizens of the whole region and pupils first of all traditionally take part in the festival.
