“Epiphany Frosts” start in Birsk

The traditional open pop music and dance festival “Epiphany Frosts” will be held in the town of Birsk on January 18-12 and in 2012 it will be held already for the 18th time. The festival’s jury reports that certain changes already occurred in the program. Fr om now the special professional jury will determine the winner in every of three nominations: vocal, choreography and ensembles. Earlier one jury determined the winners in all nominations.

About 500 participants have already submitted the applications for participation and according to the steering committee this is far from the lim it and as a rule the persons, wishing to join the festival, go on arriving till the beginning of the competitions. The organizers meet everybody half-way, giving all of them a chance to enter the stage.
