Exhibition of painters from Bashkortostan will be opened in Italy

The exhibition “A Look fr om Russia”, wh ere the art of painters from Bashkortostan to be presented, will be opened on Thursday, December 15, and will be held in one of the most industrially developed regions of Italy – Piedmont. 75 authors will demonstrate their works in public, including Sergey Krasnov, Zufar Gayanov, Viktor Pegov, Uri Uzdavini, Rais Gaitov and others. More than 100 canvasses will be presented in a whole. The works of the masters of decorative and applied arts are included into exposition too, the president of the Union of Painters RB Viktor Pegov reported to “Bashinform”.

“First the citizens of Turin will watch our movable exhibition and after that it will be demonstrated in all other districts of Piedmont. The exposition is organized within the frames of the Year of Russian culture in Italy-2011 and the Year of Italian culture in Russia” - he explained. According to him the works of modern Italian masters will be demonstrated in Ufa in the nearest future.
