The short list of international contest of translations of Turk poetry “AK TORNA” is published

The short list of the First international contest of translations of Turk poetry “AK TORNA” (White Crane) is published and it includes 26 works by 13 authors from six Russian regions and three foreign countries – Kazakhstan, Ukraine and Austria.
The next authors are determined in the nomination “Lyrics”: Olga Golubeva (Simferopol, Ukraine), Rozalia Davletbakova (Ufa, Bashkiria), Bakhytjan Kanapianov (Almaty, Kazakhstan), Basya Malaeva (Vienna, Austria), Aidar Khusainov (Ufa, Bashkiria), Svetlana Churaeva (Ufa, Bashkiria) and Lilia Usupova (Altai).
The nomination “Public Lyrics” includes five authors: Anatoly Alafaev (Nalchik, Kabardino-Balkaria), Ivan Tertychny (Moscow), Uri Sherbatsky (Astrakhan), Svetlana Churaeva (Ufa) and Lilia Usupova (Altai).
The nomination “Experimental Form” includes: Natalie Akhlasheva (Abakan, Khakassia), Nikolai Pereyaslov (Moscow), Damir Sharafutdinov (Ufa) and Nakhytjan Kanapianov (Almaty, Kazakhstan).
The nominees introduced the translations from various Turk languages to the contest: Bashkir, Tatar, Turkish, Kazakh, Uzbek and others.
The solemn flower ceremony will be held on November 25 in Ufa.
