Exhibition of dolls is opened at the National Museum

The first large special exhibition of dolls “Born in Fairy Tale” is opened in Ufa on November 2. The National Museum of Bashkortostan will present the best works of the Republican puppet-makers, made for the last five years.

One may watch the puppet art in the whole variety at the exhibition “Born in Fairy Tale” and the exposition includes various sorts of dolls: national, traditional, theatrical, collection, souvenir and ,sure, toys. All dolls are made of quite different materials: textile, timber, paper, felt, leather and even birch bark.
