Representatives of Bashkortostan are taking part in the international evening parties of Khazar poetry

The XIX international evening parties of Khazar poetry are held in Turkey. The representative of Bashkortostan in TURKSOY Akhat Salikhov reports to the news agency “Bashinform” that the traditional poetry evening parties -2011 are devoted to the memory of the prominent Turkish poet Mekhmet Akif Ersoy – the author of the Turkish national hymn. Representatives of Bashkortostan are also taking part in these actions. Thus, a well-known Bashkir poetess Farzana Gubaidullina will read her poems together with Turkish, Azerbaijani, Kazakh and Kirghiz poets. The program of the action includes the autograph days, exhibitions, numerous excursions and shows.
