The first Republican hit parade of young talents “New Names” to be held in Bashkortostan

The first Republican hit parade of young talents “New Names” starts in Bashkortostan with the beginning of a new school year and support of creative initiatives and disclosure of bright, talented and artistic personalities are the main goal of the action.

The author and inspirer of the hit parade Andre Sokurov believes that participation in the contest will give young creative people a chance to make their abilities and talents a reality and to announce about it to the whole world.

According to the contest’s terms any person at the age of 15-35 may take part in it.

The contest will be held in several stages.

The first stage is the casting: the castings will be organized in several cities of Bashkortostan at the same time – in Ufa, Sterlitamac, Neftekamsk and Oktyabrsky.

On the second stage the video- and audio-files with the performances of every participant will be presented as a personal profile on the hit parade’s site and here internet users may vote for the most talented participant.

The first stage is the elimination one. The finalists of the third stage will become the participants of the gala-show, where the competent jury has to determine the final winners.

The hit-parade “New Names” is initiated with the assistance of the Ministry of culture RB, the Ministry of youth policy and sport RB, the Ministry of communication and mass communications RB and Ufa administration.
