Children’s Cinema and TV Art Academy is planned to be opened in Ufa

The Children’s Cinema and TV Art Academy will possibly be opened in Ufa in the nearest future, as the chairman of the TV-Radio Broadcasters Association RB Azamat Timirgazin said today at the press-conference in the news agency “Bashinform”. He has mentioned that the final decision concerning establishment of such academy and its concept will be made during the international cinema and TV festival “The Earth and People”, which is to take place in our city on June 1-3.

It is expected the Children’s Cinema and TV Art Academy will start working on the base of the Culture Palace “NEFTYANIK” under the patronage of the TV-Radio Broadcasters Association RB and other state agencies.

“The project is really interesting and new for our region and we will take it under our wing with pleasure and will contribute to its development in every way possible” – the head of the cultural programs directorate under the Culture Palace “NEFTYANIK” Khalil Khamzin, who was also present at the press-conference, said.

The initiators and inspirers of the project are sure the appearance of such children’s center will help to solve the problem with shortage of cinema and TV programs for children on the local TV as well as in the film distribution system.
