Traditional spring historical ball to take place in Ufa

The traditional spring historical ball will take place in Ufa on May 22 and as the organizers of the ball from the historical dance studio “Assembly” say, the most beautiful and fairy tale event of this spring will take place at the Bashkir State Philharmonic Society by Khusain Akhmetov.

“The societarian ball is an extraordinary, but at the same time quite traditional event for our city. It will be held for already the fifth time but for the first time at the Bashkir State Philharmonic Society” – the director of the studio “Assembly” Denis Aksenov says – During four previous years the ball was held at the Bashkir State Theater of opera and ballet”.

As Denis says, any citizen of Ufa may join the ball but dress-code is obligatory: dresses in the style of the 19th century, low-heeled footwear or footwear without heels for ladies, tail-coats, historical uniforms or pants, vests and shirts for gentlemen. The dress-code for spectators is the following: ladies – long skirts, light blouse, long dress with covered shoulders, low-heeled shoes and gentlemen – pants, shirts and vests.
