Flowering has begun in Ufa Botanical Garden

“Thanks to the hot weather, all processes occur rapidly, including tree flowering,” the Ufa Botanical Garden informs. American maples have finished flowering. Birch trees are finishing flowering but still have pollen. Oaks are in the bud stage.

The beloved star magnolia, the magnificent Ussuri pear, the Norway maple, Russia's largest collections of hydrangeas, the beautiful Sikhotin rhododendron, many daffodils, hyacinths, and many more have bloomed.”

Previously, Bashinform highlighted the Ufa Botanical Garden's exceptional collection of hydrangeas, boasting 10 natural species and an impressive 70 varieties. Such a diverse and extensive collection is a rarity, with only the Moscow Botanical Garden and the Timiryazev Academy housing collections of comparable size.
