Radiy Khabirov thanked State Orchestra artists

The State Academic Symphony Orchestra triumphantly performed in the Great Hall of the Moscow Conservatory and the Concert Hall of the Mariinsky Theater in St. Petersburg. The Head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, shared this news on his social media.

“The musicians took the stage with a great friend of our republic, People’s Artist of Russia Denis Matsuev. Members of the State Orchestra became the first musicians from Bashkortostan to perform at the famous Mariinsky Theater. I thank the general director and artistic director of the theater, Valery Gergiev, for the invitation. And thanks to the artists for their great talent and professionalism, thanks to which our symphony orchestra is the hallmark of the republic,” said the Head of the region.

The day before, Bashinform News Agency reported a momentous event in the world of The State Orchestra of Bashkiria and Denis Matsuev, a renowned People's Artist of Russia, performed together for the first time at the Mariinsky Theater and in the Great Hall of the Moscow Conservatory.
